In order to lend a hand to improve the quality and sustainability of the construction sector without compromising on its environment friendly properties we bring you Conlite. Cellular light weight concrete is the brainchild of our expertise in foam concrete technology. Its properties as a robust and light material make it very appealing at the same time gratifying your pocket and conscience.

HOW FOAM CONCRETE IS MADE?

The base for foam concrete is made from mixing foam from foam generators into slurry of cement, fly ash, sand, water and other additives. The materials are put together in and blended in a precise mixer (IFM) for proper mixing. Care is taken so as to not disturb the original chemical and physical properties.

At the end of the process many tiny air cells are uniformly distributed throughout the concrete and presto! You have an exceptional low density high volume building material. The densities of the substance can be varied across a range from 300 kgs/m3 to 1800 kgs/m3 by controlling the volume of the air cells.

Either a foam concrete pump (IFP) is used or manual transfer is used for casting of blocks, panels, precast items, prefabricated houses, void fillings, roof insulations, floor sheds, floor screeds and many other applications without vibration or compaction. The product capacities and application requirements decide the manufacturing machinery and procedure.
